The Bowmanville Community Organization offers different ways to get involved in their very active community garden programs. There are a multitude of community gardening meetings and garden work days. Beyond that, the BCO rents plots to gardeners on an annual basis.

BCO Gardening Plots
The Gateway Garden (5386 N Ravenswood Ave) and Bowmanville Garden (5410 N Bowmanville Ave) lots are available to gardeners interested in growing vegetables and edible plants.
The 2022 rules and guidelines are included as part of the annual plot application form.
The 2022 BCO Vegetable Garden Plot Application, for the Gateway Garden and Bowmanville Garden, is now closed.
