The Bowmanville Community Organization (BCO) is sponsoring its annual community-wide garage/yard sale on Saturday, June 7, 2025. All residents living in the BCO boundaries (Foster Ave to Bowmanville Ave and Western Ave to Ravenswood Ave) are invited to participate! The registration deadline is May 30, 2025.

Participation

$10 fee for BCO members

$15 for non-BCO members (but you may join the BCO for $20 while registering for Street Sale to take advantage of the member discount).

FREE if you’re one of the BCO “With Honey” members.

Remember, multi-unit buildings can register too! $30 pays for all units in your building to participate.

Please post information about the BCO Street Sale to your social media accounts! Advertising is key to attracting a large number of shoppers to our event.

Again, please register by May 30, 2025 to guarantee a yard sale sign for your property.

Registration and Permit

Normally, the city of Chicago requires individual permits for all yard/garage sales. But the BCO requests a special permit to cover EVERYONE who will participate in the Street Sale. This group permit only authorizes sales under the umbrella of the BCO, so you must be a registered event participant with the BCO.

Register as follows:

1. Complete the form found at this link to register: BCO Street Sale Registration Form
   Note: you will leave the BCO website and be directed to a new web page containing the Google form.
2. We will send an invoice for the fee separately which will include a link for payment.

THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MAY 30, 2025.
