The Bowmanville Bee is a quarterly hardcopy newsletter delivered to approximately 1500 households in the area. The BCO accepts paid advertisements for publication in each issue of the Bee.
The schedule for distribution:
- Winter Issue – Early February
Promotes the Bowmanville Gardening plot application and Winter Open Meeting held in either February or March
- Spring Issue – Early May
Promotes the Street Sale participation application and Garden Walk participation application
- Summer Issue – End of July
Promotes the Bowmanville Summer Social that takes place in August
- Fall Issue – Early October
Promotes fall events in surrounding communities and the October BCO Open Meeting and Annual Election
