In celebration and support of Earth Day on April 22nd, and to keep Bowmanville beautiful, the BCO will be hosting a Bowmanville Neighborhood Earth Day Clean Up on Saturday, April 24th from 10a-12p. Pick up a map and lawn trash bags from a BCO Board Members Saturday morning, April 24th at the Gateway Garden located at 1801 W Balmoral Ave or at our secondary location at the Green Space, located near 5386-5410 N Bowmanville Ave.

This is a great way to be in the outdoors while social distancing with neighbors and to be involved with helping to keep our neighborhood looking pristine!

Include your neighbors and make it a block competition!

Check our BCO Facebook in the event of inclement weather.

Do you love nature and the Earth? We are also accepting your stories, maximum 300 words, related to nature or Earth Day. Tell us about your outdoor adventures and your story may be chosen to be published in the Summer Bee newsletter! Submissions are due by Saturday, April 24th and can be sent to membership@bcochicago.org

Please adhere to social distancing recommendations and wear a mask where appropriate.

Contact us at membership@bcochicago.org with questions and we look forward to seeing you on Saturday, April 24th!
