The Bowmanville Bee is a quarterly hardcopy newsletter delivered to approximately 1500 households in the area. The BCO accepts paid advertisements for publication in each issue of the Bee.

Promotes the Street Sale participation application and Garden Walk participation application
- Summer Issue – End of July – [July 2 deadline, July 22 out for delivery]
Promotes the Ice Cream Social
- Fall Issue – Early October [Sept 10 deadline, Sept 30 out for delivery]
Promotes the Bowmanville Fall Festival and October Open Annual Meeting and Election
